This is off topic but I am having a huge issue with the Welltory App. I’ve reported the issue daily for 2 weeks now with no resolution. I cycle every day and earn between 250-350 beneficial mets. These are being added to my sedentary stress mets with little credit for the other. It maxes out the orange bar & elevates the pressure, sometimes as high as 65%. When I first got the app 2 months ago it worked fine & was a big motivator to exercise every day. At 69 yrs of age I know the importance of moving. Now I just get irritated when I look at the app & am sorry I purchased a subscription.
Polly, it’s a real problem, fix is coming in the next release (about 5-7 days left). Thanks for your patience, it’s almost there.
And thank you for reporting, it helped us to understand the importance and we were able to find this. Algorithms are working differently for different people, that’s why real feedback with real cases is so important.
